DOCK ALTERATIONS - JENKINS RESIDENCE Project is for alteration of an existing shared residential dock locat ed at 7610 and 7620 South Flagler Drive. Planning Board reviewed and recommended approval with conditions - May 20, 2014 City Commission reviewed - July 7, 2014 and approved Res. 144-14 conta ining four (4) waivers and conditions. Waivers: 1 - Allow for three (3) mooring slips rather than only two (2). 2 - Allow for the dock to be located outside the middle 1/3 of a singl e property so it can continue to exist within the riparian area of two (2) properties. 3 - Allow for the dock to be 134 feet in lenght rather than a maximum of 100 feet. 4 - Allow for the width of the terminal platform to be up to 25 feet w ide rather than the maximum of ten (10) feet. Conditions: No other docks are permitted to be constructed at 7610 and 7620 South Flagler Drive unless the shared dock is removed. All other standard co nditions of approval are found within the resolution.
