At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on November 26, 2013, a request for alterations to in the Old Northwood Historic District w as heard by the HPB. The request was to: 1. Remove the louvers on the front porch and install 6/1 single hung w hite aluminum frame windows. The decorative top will be retained be e nclosing it with a smooth stucco recess and leaving the reveal. 2. Add a barrel tile covered pent roof over the front entry.
