At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on November 26, 2013, a request for an Ad Valorem Preconstruction application for alteratio ns to 119 Westminster Road in the Prospect Park/Southland Park Histori c District was heard by the HPB. The request was for: 1. Construct an addition (267 SF) at the northwest corner of the exist ing structure. The addition would feature a new laundry room and kitc hen reconfiguration on the first floor and a master bath on the second floor. The exterior would have a stucco finish to match the existing house, a hip roof surfaced in barrel tile and aluminum single hung wi ndows with white frames (4/1 and 9/1). 2. Remove the louvers on the sun room and replace the windows in the s un room with multi light casements. 3. Interior modifications.
