The Historic Preservation Board APPROVED the application with the foll owing conditions: 1. The accessory structure shall not have any cooking facilities or se parate living quarters. 2. The window, doors and garage door products shall be administrativel y approved by Staff prior to submittal for a building permit. The final location of the accessory structure shall be administrativel y approved by Staff, to accommodate the surrounding properties.
