Tree Alteration Permit No. Ref - 13-1336 Class B Special Use Permit for a car wash facility at 1950 Golden Lake s Blvd. was approved with conditions by the ZBA on Feb. 6, 2014. The c onditions are as follows: a. Prior to application for a building permit for construction of the car wash facility at 1950 Golden Lake Boulevard, the applicant shall o btain final Informal Site Plan Approval. b. Hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. c. There shall be no outdoor loud speakers. d. A cross access easement along the northeast driveway to provide for future connection for vehicular circulation shall be put in place. e. There shall be no alarm noise at the start of the equipment unless statutorily required, and if so, the decibel rating of said alarm shal l not exceed seventy-five (75) dB at the southern property line.
