At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on October 22, 2013, a request for alterations to 3213 Vincent Road in the Prospect Park/So uthland Park Historic District, was heard by the HPB. The request was for: 1. Removal of barrel tile covered pent roofs over second floor French Doors. 2. Remove awnings over first floor windows. 3. Add decorative cast stone work (medallions and spiral columns) in v arious locations on front fa?ade.
