At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on September 24, 2013 , a request for alterations to 307 Cordova Road in the El Cid Historic District, was heard by the HPB. The request was for: 1. Remove the non-original addition at the rear of the property. 2. Replace the current white flat tile roof with a sand colored flat t ile roof. 3. Replace existing windows with aluminum (white frame, clear glass, o gee muntins) fixed, casement or single hung windows. Add operable, al uminum colonial shutters at the front of the house. 4. Site work to include resurfacing the pool, reconfiguring the drivew ay and landscape. 5. Interior modifications.
