The Historic Preservation Section reviewed an application for the prop erty located at731 Park Place, a contributing property in the Grandvie w Heights Historic District. The applicant requested approval for the following alterations: 1. Replace windows with 6/1 single hung windows. 2. Addition of approximately 352 SF at the rear of the property on the second floor. 3. Add wooden shutters to the front second floor windows. Add a peaked roof covering over front door, to be supported by wooden brackets and covered in a barrel tile.
