At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on August 27, 2013, a request for an Ad Valorem Preconstruction application to an individua lly designated property was heard by the HPB. The applicant was seeki ng approval for: 1. Reconstruct the east building, including new aluminum frame windows and the reapplication of yellow brick veneer. 2. Rehabilitate the west structure to include balconies. 3. Interior construction to include a lobby, gym, restrooms and apartm ents. 4. Site work to include parking, swimming pool, pathways. 5. Reconstruct the three arched entry overhang on the east fa?ade. 6. Construct a trellis on the roof and extend the elevator shaft for a ccess to the roof. |
