At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on August 27, 2013, a request for new construction of an accessory structure in the Flaming o Park Historic District, was heard by the HPB. The request was for: 1. Construction of a new 493 SF one-story accessory structure. The st ructure would span most of the lot at the rear of the property. The n orth elevation would feature a pair of French doors with side lights a nd two small casement windows. This fenestration would consist of bro nze aluminum frames. A single door leading to storage space is propos ed on the east and west elevations and two single doors leading to sto rage at the rear south elevation. The storage doors are proposed to b e metal with an applied louver appearance.
