The Historic Preservation Section reviewed an application for the prop erty located at 801 9th Street, a contributing property in the Northwe st Historic District. The applicant requested approval for the follow ing alterations: 1. Construct an elevator addition on the southwest corner of the sanct uary to access three levels. The addition will have a flat roof, be f inished with stucco and emulate the arch work on the existing structur e. 2. Replace the roof with a flat concrete tile to match the existing. 3. Repair stucco fa?ade and utilize a product such as stuc-o-flex.
