The Historic Preservation Section reviewed an application for the prop erty located at 327 Dyer Road, a contributing property in the El Cid H istoric District. The applicant requested approval for the following alterations: 1. Replace doors and windows with new impact rated aluminum white fram es with clear glass in a 6/1 single hung window and multlight French d oor all with ogee muntins. 2. Construct a new pent roof over the front entry. It will feature cy press brackets and a barrel roof with a front facing open gable. 3. Raise the parapet on the one story projection to allow patio access from the second floor bedroom.
