At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on August 27, 2013, a request for alterations to the window openings and roof for the prope rty at 234 Pilgrim Road, a contributing structure in the Belair Histor ic District, was heard by the HPB. The request was for: 1. Remove the existing louvers and jalousie windows and replace with s ingle hung and casement 3/1 aluminum PGT windows. 2. Modify the sunroom to create a new entry with a front door and para pet roof above. 3. Interior modifications.
