At the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting on August 27, 2013, a request for alterations to the window openings for the property at 21 7 Greenwood Drive, a contributing structure in the Prospect Park/South land Park Historic District, was heard by the HPB. The request was fo r: 1. Replace the existing windows with impact resistant single hung Ande rson windows with a colonial 6/1 grid pattern. 2. Replace French Doors. 3. Remove nine windows and block in the openings.
