1. Replace existing jalousie and 4/1 single hung windows with PGT alum inum impact windows with a 4/1 or 3/1 light configuration. This inclu des the reconfiguration of the window openings on the south side on bo th floors (believed to originally have been an open porch) to a pair o f single hung windows to be symmetrical to the windows on the north si de. This will include the removal of the clamshell awnings. 2. Construct a wooden pediment overhang over the front entry door. 3. Interior rehabilitation to convert duplex into a single family resi dence. 4. Site work.
