Alterations to the contributing main and accessory structures as detai led in the agreement with Paul Newman, building contractor, and briefl y summarized below: Roof repairs; Plaster repairs; Wood repairs; Paining of both structures; and Interior improvements including new electric and installation of HVAC. Repairs will be primarily on the interior and limited to damaged mater ilas. If material replacement is needed, new materials will match the visual qualities of the original.
