NAPLETON HYUNDAI - Minor Amendment to the Napleton Hyundai Commercial Planned Development (CPD) for the following: 1. Revision to the southern driveway configuration on Congress Avenue; 2. Revision to the driveway configuration on the Okeechobee Boulevard; 3. Modification to the northern-most row of inventory parking along th e dry detention area; 4. Addition of flumes and rip rap to the dry detention area; 5. Changes to the building elevations, specifically relating to site a nd quantity of signage; 6. Provision of site lighting on the plan; and 7. A minor modification to the base of the stairs in front of the new car sales building.
