1. Remove existing aluminum siding to expose wood siding. Repair and replace wood siding, eave trim and window trim as needed. 2. Remove screen enclosure from the front porch and replace wood colum ns and base. 3. Add an aluminum panel door and multi-light wood window flanked by l ouvered shutters on the west elevation within the opening of the exist ing attached garage. Remove trim outlining the enclosed garage door o pening. 4. Repair single-hung, multi-light windows throughout. 5. Replace five single-hung 6/6 wood windows on the south, east and we st elevations with 6/6 wood windows flanked by louvered shutters. 6. Replace two single-hung wood windows with fixed multi-light wood wi ndows on the west elevation. 7. Install two sky-lights in the gallery area. 8. Remove the existing aluminum awning windows on the north elevation and install two sets of multi-light, wood French doors. 9. Construct an addition on the north elevation of the residence consi sting of a 92 square-foot master bathroom and a 578 square-foot covere d porch. The addition will be constructed of wood framing to be surfa ced in wood horizontal siding and feature multi-light fixed windows on the west elevation. The covered porch will feature a sloped roof sur faced with shingles, with rafter tails and supported by wood columns w ith masonry bases. 10. Construct a 6??? masonry wall with decorative caps on the west sid e of the property.
