1. Construct a front facing gable roof on the existing flat roof porti on of the residence. The proposed gable roof will feature a 6 to 12 r oof pitch to match the existing gables. 2. Remove two (2) doors from the flat roof addition on the south and w est elevations. 3. Add a single-hung aluminum impact-resistant window to the south ele vation. The proposed window will feature a 2/2 pane configuration. 4. Remove two (2) windows on the north elevation and install French do ors on the north elevation. 5. Add a French door to the north elevation of the proposed kitchen an d replace two (2) windows with single-hung aluminum impact-resistant w indows with raised sills. 6. Replace two (2) windows on the east elevation of the proposed kitch en with single-hung aluminum impact-resistant windows with raised sill s. 7. Replace damaged siding with lapped siding to match the existing mat erial.
