1. Remove, repair and replace the textured stucco as needed to match e xisting stucco finish. 2. Remove and replace sixteen (16) aluminum single-hung windows with a 1/1 and 2/2 pane configuration with single-hung aluminum impact-resis tant windows with a 6/1 or multi-light pane configuration. The Historic Preservation Division approved the application with follo wing conditions: 1. The proposed replacement windows shall feature clear glazing and wh ite frames.
