1. To replace the existing aluminum casement windows with aluminum-cla d casement windows with fixed transoms above. 2. Remove bay window from the east elevation and install a casement st yle window with fixed transom above. Relocate the bay window and decor ative crawl space vent from the east elevation to the west elevation o f the primary residence. 3. Enlarge the garage addition on the east by 362 square feet. The gar age addition will consist of two (2) one-car garage doors on the north elevation and two (2) decorative wrought iron grilles to match existi ng wrought iron detail on the east elevation. 4. Remove door on the south elevation 5. Infill one casement style window on the east elevation and provide a new casement window opening slightly to the north to align with the proposed casement window on the first floor. 6. Enlarge a bedroom on the rear (south) elevation by approximately 12 2 square feet. The Historic Preservation Division approved the application with follo wing conditions: 1. The decorative concrete vent within the gable end on the west eleva tion shall be retained and preserved in its existing location, or relo cated to the gable end on the east elevation of the proposed garage ad dition. 2. The proposed replacement windows shall feature clear glazing and wh ite frames. Grey tinted glazing will not be permitted.
