1. Replace nine (9) aluminum awning-style windows with CGI aluminum, s ingle-hung windows with a 1/1 pane configuration on the first floor of the residence. 2. Replace three (3) single-hung, wood windows with CGI aluminum, sing le-hung windows with a 1/1 pane configuration on the first floor of th e residence. 3. Replace five (5) multi-light casement windows on the first floor wi th CGI aluminum, multi-light single-hung windows with fan-lights above . 4. Remove three (3) aluminum awning-style windows on the first floor ( rear) and install one (1) Marvin door. 5. Replace twelve (12) aluminum awning-style windows with CGI aluminum , single-hung windows with a 1/1 pane configuration on the second floo r of the residence. 6. Replace two (2) single-hung windows with CGI aluminum, single-hung windows with a 1/1 pane configuration on the second floor of the resid ence. 7. Install five (5) CGI fixed, aluminum windows on the second floor wi thin louvered openings on the second floor. The Historic Preservation Division approved the application, in accord ance with the previous decision (HPB Case No. 08-47), with the followi ng conditions: 1. The five (5) multi-light single hung windows with fanlights above s hall be casement-style. 2. Product approvals for the Marvin door shall be submitted to staff p rior to submittal for building permit.
