A REQUEST FOR THREE VARIANCES FROM THE ZLDR TO CONSTRUCT A SECOND STORY ADDITION TO AN EXISTING RESIDENCE, AS WELL AS A PRIVACY WALL ALONG THE FRONT AND CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINES. THE VARIANCE REQUESTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) A 6.31 foot variance from Section 94-72(a)(2)(a) of the City?s Zoni ng and Land Development Regulations (ZLDRs), regarding the front setba ck requirement. 2) A 1.78 foot variance from Section 94-72(a)(2)(d) of the City?s ZLDR s, regarding the side setback requirement. 3) An approximately one (1) foot variance from Section 94-302(b)(1) of the City?s ZLDRs, regarding the maximum height of walls/fences within the front setback.
