Commercial Property Fire and Domestic service The project that we are working on consists of two commercial lots alo ng South Dixie Highway - 5207-15 South Dixie Highway - and the one res idential lot directly to the west - 407 Putnam Drive. We are proposing a one-story, four bay retail center on the two lots f ronting S Dixie with parking on the residential lot. The Client, Mr. Jose Alfonso, owns the existing Alfonso Animal Hospital that currently occupies 5215 South Dixie. The intension is that he is going to move his practice into the first retail bay to the north and lease the thr ee remaining retail bays for General Retail. Attached please find the existing and proposed flow estimates for wate r and sewer the new development. The proposed fire service will required 550 GPM at 40PSI. I've also a ttached a copy of the Fire Flow Test we received from Fire Marshal LeD uc's office; as well as, a copy of the proposed site plan. Please let me know if you need any other information from me in order to provide us with the City Service and Public Utility Letter for our Site Plan Review, Informal Level I and the Class B Special Use Permit. We are planning on submitting for the OCTOBER 11th submission so if yo u could please try and provide us with the necessary information by Oc tober 6th it would be greatly appreciated.
