 PRIVACY WALL ON SHEETS A-1 & A-1B IS 6'
 ABOVE FINISH GRADE. PLEASE CORRECT
 DRAWINGS.
  
 4) THE WIND LOADS LISTED IN THE WINDOW
 PRESSURE SCHEDULE ON SHEETS A-4A & A-4B
 FOR ( J,S,& T ) DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH
 THOSE GIVEN ON THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS ON
 THE SAME SHEETS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) SECTION 104.2.1 OF THE CITY OF W.P.B.
 AMENDFMENTS TO THE 97 SBC REQUIRES
 INFORMATION TO BE SPECIFIC AND THAT THE
 TECHINCAL CODES NOT BE CITED. THE STAIR
 DETAILS ON SHEETS A-3A AND A-8A STATE
 THAT STAIRS ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECT. 1007 OF THE 97 SBC
 THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC DETAILS OF HANDRAILS,GUARDRAILS
 ,ETC.(INCLUDE INTERMEDIATE RAIL SPACING)
  
 6) PER SEC. 1007.3 OF THE 1997 SBC
 REQUIRES THAT THE SUM OF 2 RISERS AND
 1 TREAD FOR STAIRS IS TO BE NOT LESS
 THAN 24" NOR MORE THAN 25". THE VALUES
 ON SHEETS A-3A & A-8A, DO NOT COMPLY.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE 16'X7' GARAGE DOOR DOES NOT MEET
 THE WIND LOADS REQUIRED ON THE DRAWINGS.
  
 THESE SAME ISSUES ARE RECURRING ON
 SUBSEQUENT SUBMITTALS. PLEASE CORRECT
 THE ORIGIONALS TO HELP EXPEDIATE THE
