 1. ALL DRIVEWAY, HANDICAP RAMPS,
 SIDEWALKS, TREES, AND TREE GRATE PLANS
 AND DETAILS WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY
 FDOT FOR SOUTH DIXIE AND SOUTHERN
 BOULEVARD. PERMIT THRU THEIR MAINT.
 OFFICE.
  
 2. THE DRIVEWAYS ON MALVERNE MUST MEET
 CITY STANDARDS, NOT FDOT AS CALLED OUT
 ON SHEET 3 OF 9, PER THE CIVILS.THE
 PLANS NEED TO BE CHANGED ACCORDANTLY,
 SEE ATTACHED CITY DETAILS.
  
 3.BUILDER IS NOT ASKING FOR AN
 IRRIGATION METER OR A SEPARATE LINE WITH
 BACKFLOW FOR IRRIGATION.I SUGGEST A 1-
 /2" METER FOR IRRIGATION AND A 1" FOR
 THE BUILDING.THEY ONLY HAVE AN 1-1/4"
 LINE INTO THE BUILDING.
  
 4. AS SHOWN THE CITY WILL NOT BE PICKING
 UP GARBAGE AT THIS STORE.
  
 5. ROOF DRAINS SHOWN ON P1.1 DO NOT
 MATCH CIVIL 3 OF 9.THE DRAWINGS SHOULD
 MATCH.
  
 6. NO POLLUTION CONTROL PLAN SUBMITTED.
 CIVIL ENGINEER SAID HE WILL SUBMIT.
  
 7. NO CALCULATION FOR STORM WATER HAVE
 BEEN SUPPLIED.ENGINEER SAID HE WOULD
 SUBMIT.
  
 8. CALCULATIONS FOR IMPERVIOUS AREAS FOR
 THE SITE HAVE NOT BEEN SUPPLIED.

 9. WATER LINES AS DRAWN WILL REQUIRE A
 DEP PERMIT.MOVE THE TAP AND BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS NORTH TO THE CORNER OF THE
 BUILDING.AND ENTER THE BUILDING WITH
 LESS THAN 50' OF PIPE AND A DEP PERMIT
 WILL NOT BE REQUIRED.
  
 10. SHEET P1.1 SHOWS THE WATER LINE
 TRAVELING THE FULL LENGTH OF THE
 BUILDING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH.THE CIVIL
 PLAN, SHEET 3 OF 9 SHOWS THE WATER LINE
 GOING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH PARALLELING
 THE BUILDING LINE.WHY NOT TIE BOTH IN
 AT THE SOUTH END WHERE THE METER WILL BE
 LOCATED?
  
 11. IT WOULD BE PREFERRED IF THE
 SANITARY TAP WERE MADE INTO THE EXISTING
 MANHOLE AND NOT TO HAVE THE LINE CUT AND
 A "WYE" INSERTED.
  
 12. A SANITARY CLEAN OUT NEEDS TO BE
 PLACED AT THE PROPERTY LINE OF SOUTHERN
 ON THE SEWER LATERAL.
  
 13. NO OUTFALL IS SHOWN FOR THE STORM
 WATER LINE.WHERE WILL THE OUTFALL BE
 LOCATED?
