 SEALED BY A FLORIDA PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER (PE).

 DOCUMENTATION (NOT SUPPLIED).
 4.IMPERVIOUS AREA COMPUTATIONS (NOT
 SUPPLIED).
 5.POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (NOT
 SUPPLIED).THE POLLUTION PREVENTION
 PLAN SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES
 DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ANY
 EARTHWORK. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL
 CERTIFY TO THE CITY, ON A MONTHLY BASIS,
 THAT THE PLAN IS WORKING PROPERLY AND AS
 DESIGNED. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE TO CERTIFY IMPLEMENTATION OF
 THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO.
 3132-98 OF THE CITY CODE AT SUCH TIME
 THE PERMITTEE APPLIES FOR A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE CITY BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
 6.EVERY SIX MONTHS AFTER CONSTRUCTION A
 PE SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE PERMANENT
 POLLUTION PREVENTION STRUCTURES, DRY-WET
 WATER DETENTION FACILITIES, AND
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEMS ARE WORKING AS
 DESIGNED AND ARE IN GOOD OPERATING
 CONDITION. ALL CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO:
 STORM WATER UTILITY ENGINEER
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT
 P.O. BOX 3366, WEST PALM BEACH, FL
 33402.
 THE CERTIFICATION MUST INCLUDE THE
 BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER, THE ADDRESS OF
 THE PROPERTY AND THE NAME OF THE
 ESTABLISHMENT/PROJECT CONSTRUCTED.
 B.WATER SANITARY COMMENTS:
 PLANS HAVE BEEN MARKED UP AS TO THE
 CHANGES THAT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 1.NO SIZE GIVEN FOR THE METERS.UNITS
 OF THIS SIZE USUALLY HAVE 5/8 BY 3/4"
 METERS WHICH WILL GIVE YOU 10 GALLONS A
 MINUTE. YOU MUST CALL OUT SIZE OF METER.
 2. DETAILED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED SHOWING TAPS INTO THE EXISTING
 SANITARY MAIN BY YOUR CONTRACTOR.
 CONTACT 659-8079 AND HAVE THE CREW CHECK
 TO SEE IF THERE ARE EXISTING LATERALS
 YOU CAN USE PRIOR TO DRAWING UP NEW
 PLANS.
 3.OUR STANDARD DETAILS WILL NEED TO BE
 USED FOR 6" HOUSE LATERALS TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE, WITH CLEAN-OUTS AT THE
 POINT OF CONNECTION.PIPING ON SITE
 NEEDS TO MEET PLUMBING CODE, 4" MAY BE
 ALLOWED, CHECK WITH THE PLUMBING
 INSPECTOR.
 4.WATER METERS MUST BE IN THE
 SIDEWALK.DUAL SERVICES WITH 1" COPPER
 IS REQUIRED FOR ANY TWO METERS (5/8 BY
 3/4 OR 3/4").ANYTHING ELSE WILL NEED
 TO BE A 2" EXTENDED SERVICE (WITH A
 MAXIMUM OF TWO METERS (5/8 BY 3/4 OR
 3/4") ALL BY YOUR CONTRACTOR.CONTACT
 659-8079 AND HAVE THE CREW CHECK TO SEE
 IF THERE ARE EXISTING SERVICES YOU CAN
 USE PRIOR TO DRAWING UP NEW PLANS.
 5.A SEPARATE IRRIGATION METER IS NOT
 CALLED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC AREAS, NO
 SEPARATE METER IS CALLED OUT FOR THE
 POOL EITHER.IN EITHER CASE THE METER
 TO THE POOL OR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
 WILL HAVE TO HAVE A BACKFLOW PREVENTER
 INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY LINE, AFTER
 THE METER.
 6.NO LATERAL IS SHOWN FOR THE POOL.
