 1. FIRE DEPT. APPROVED PLAN WITH HYDRANT
 ON SITE.IF IT IS INSTALLED THERE THEN
 IT NEEDS TO HAVE A 6" DOUBLE CHECK
 DETECTOR CHECK INSTALLED ON IT AS A
 PRIVATE FIRE LINE.
  
 I (DEAN LAUDERMILK) TALKED TO THE FIRE
 MARSHALL (RHETT TURNQUEST) AND HE AGREES
 THAT THE HYDRANT CAN BELONG TO THE CITY
 AND DOES NOT NEED A DETECTOR CHECK
 INSTALLED IF THE LOCATION IS MOVED SOUTH
 TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY, BUT
 NO FURTHER THAN 150' FROM THE FDC (FIRE
 DEPT. CONNECTION) AND NOT IN THE WAY OF
 THE ENTRY SIDEWALK. THE HYDRANT SHOULD
 BE LOCATED IN THE EASEMENT. DECIDE WHICH
 WAY YOU WANT TO GO AND MAKE CORRECTIONS
 ON THE LNW PLAN.
  
 2. SHEET P2.1 DOES NOT MATCH 5 OF 8 BY
 LNW.THE SANITARY LATERAL IS 30' +-
 FROM WHERE THE SANITARY LINE EXITS THE
 BUILDING, AND THE 2" WATER SERVICE IS
 MORE THAN 80' FROM WHERE THE LINE EXITS
 THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.THIS
 NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED ON THE LNW PLAN,
 SINCE THIS IS A DEP APPROVED DESIGN.
  
 3.A SEPARATE EASEMENT WILL NOT BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE CITY METER, THE METER
 WILL NOT BE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. IT WILL
 NEED TO BE IN THE 12' UTILITY EASEMENT
 AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS, AND THE FIRE LINE
 AND DOMESTIC BACKFLOW PREVENTERS NEED TO
 BE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHT OUTSIDE OF
 THE UTILITY EASEMENT.NEITHER SP-1 OR 5
 OF 8 FROM LNW SHOW IT THIS WAY AND LNW
 PLAN NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.SP-1 SHOWS
 THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS NEXT TO THE
 DUMPSTER (25'+- FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 EASEMENT). LNW PLAN SHOWS AN EASEMENT
 15' AROUND THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS,
 WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED SINCE THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS BELONG TO THE PROPERTY OWNER,
 NOT THE CITY.
  
 4.THE PLAN SHOWS A TAPPING SADDLE FOR
 THE WATER SERVICE, THIS IS ALSO
 INCORRECT, THE TAP WILL BE DIRECT AS
 SHOWN ON OUR STANDARD DETAILS.
  
 5.ON SHEET SP-1 THE DUMPSTER MUST HAVE
 12'-6" BETWEEN THE OPEN GATES.
 ADDITIONALLY A 4 X 4 PRESSURE TREATED
 BOARD ANCHORED TO THE CONCRETE PAD WILL
 NOT HOLD THE DUMPSTER, CHANGE IT TO 10'
 WIDE CONCRETE.YOU CAN USE PRECAST
 CONCRETE WHEEL STOPS.THEY WILL NEED TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF 10' LONG.
  
 6. STORM WATER REQUIREMENTS:
 TO OBTAIN A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT THE
 FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER (PE).

 C. HYDRAULIC COMPUTATIONS AND SUPPORTING

 SUBMITTED)
  
 E. POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (NOT
 SUBMITTED)
 THE POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE
 KEPT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING
 CONSTRUCTION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ANY
 EARTHWORK. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL
 CERTIFY TO THE CITY, ON A MONTHLY BASIS,
 THAT THE PLAN IS WORKING PROPERLY AND AS
 DESIGNED. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE TO CERTIFY IMPLEMENTATION OF
 THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO.
 3132-98 OF THE CITY CODE AT SUCH TIME
 THE PERMITTEE APPLIES FOR A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE CITY BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
