 LIGHT THE FLOOR LOADING IS TO BE 125 LBS
 LIVE LOAD.
  
 4)- ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 106.4 .2.
 STORAGE & FACTORY OCCUPANCIES. IT SHALL
 BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER,
 AGENT, PROPRIETOR OR OCCUPANT OF GROUP S
 OR GROUP F OCCUPANCIES, TO EMPLOY A COMP
 ETENT ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER IN COMPUTING
 SAFE LOAD CAPACITY.ALL SUCH COMPUTATIONS
 SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AFFIDAVIT
 FROM THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER STATING
 THE SAFE FLOOR LOADS ON EACH FLOOR IN
 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT UNIFORMLY DISTRIB
 UTED. THE COMPUTATIONS AND AFFIDAVITE
 SHALL BE FILED AS A PERMANENT RECORD OF
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 5)- ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 106.4.3
 SIGNS REQUIRED FOR EVERY PART OF THE
 BUILDING THAT WILL BE USED FOR STORAGE.
 THE SIGNS SHALL STATE TTTHE SAFE FLOOR
 LOADS AS REVIEWED BY THE BUILDING DEPART
 MENT WHICH BE SUPPLIED & SECURELY
 AFFIXED BY THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING IN
 A CONSPICUOUS PLACE IN EVERY STORY TO
 WHICH THEY RELATE.
  
 6)- SBC 1606.2.6.2 COMPONENTS & CLADDING
 THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON THE FRONT
 DOORS SI FOR SMALL MISSLE IMPACT ONLY,
 THE CITY REQUIRES TESTING FOR LARGE
 MISSLE IMPACT TESTING,2 COPIES FOR EACH
 PRODUCT. DADE COUNTY OR S.B.C.C.I.
 REPORT ARE ACCEPTED. THIS CAN BE A
 "PROVISO" TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE
 FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 7)- THE ROOFING CUT SHEET WILL BE ACCEPT
 ABLE TO SHOW IT COMPLIES TO THE REQUIRE-
 MENTS OF THE FIRE DISTRICT. WE ALSO NEED
 PRODUCT TESTING FOR 110 MPH WIND ZONES
 SBC 1503..3.2/1503.4.1.2.DADE COUNTY OR
 SBCCI REPORT ARE ACCEPTABLE,THIS COULD
 ALSO BE A "PROVISO" TO BE SUBMITTED AS A
 SEPERATE PERMIT.
  
 8)- SUBMIT PLANS TO COUNTY FOR IMPACT
 FEES, IF THERE WAS A STRUCTURE THERE
 BEFORE THERE MAY BE A CREDIT DUE FOR THE
 DEMO.
