 THESE TO BE SEPERATE LOTS. A UNITY OF

 MINING THE RATING ON THE EXTERIOR WALLS

 FOR A 2 HR. WALL & 10 % OPENINGS. SEE
 NOTE "B" PARAPETS 704.5 THIS IS THE WALL
 DEPICTED WITH "NO PARAPET SO THE ROOF
 DRAINAGE WAS TO CASCADE OVER THIS WALL.
 ROOF DRAINAGE WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 WITH SCUPPERS AND OVERFLOWS.
 3)- TABLE 600 THE SOUTHELEVATION OF
 THE PROPOSED NEW CONSTRUCTION VS THE

 ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE NEEDS TO BE ESTAB-

 THE TABLE 600 REQUIRMENTS. ATTACHED IS A
 EXAMPLE FROM THE COMMENTARIES SHOWING A
 BUILDING 45% TO THE PROPERTY LINE, THIS
 SHOULD HELP IN DETERMINING WALL RATINGS
 AND OPENING PROTECTIVES.REMEMBER TABLE
 600 NOTE "B" ON PARAPETS, 3'-0" ABOVE
 THE ROOF LINE.
 4)_ SOILS INVESTIGATION REPORT: A COPY
 OF THE COUNTYWIDE AMENDMENTS IS ATTACHED
 THE STUCTURAL PLANS FOUNDATION NOTES
 DESCRIBE A TESTING REPORT THAT THEIR
 DESIGN WAS BASED ON, (DUNKLEBERGER ENG &
 TESTING, DATED NOV.30, 2000). THIS IS
 THE REPORT CONTAINING THE INFORMATION
 THAT THE CITY HAS BEEN ASKING FOR.
 5)- TRAVEL DISTANCE IS MEASURED FROM THE
 MOST REMOTE POINT TO THE EXIT, INCLUDING
 THE 2ND FLOOR STORAGE. THE USAGE OR
 OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING WILL BE RETAIL
 OR BY OCCUPANCY: MERCANTILE. THE MAXIMUM
 DISTANCE THAT APERSON COULD TRAVEL
 WITH THE SINGLE EXIT ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 IS 50'-0". THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE PRO-
 TECTION OF THE EXIT STAIRWAY.SBC1006.1.1
 EXIT STAIRWAYS BETWEEN FLOORS SHALL BE
 ENCLOSED IN OR SEPERATED BY FIRE RESIS-
 TANT CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 705.2 & TABLE 705.1.2. SBC 705.2.1.1
 PROTECTION OF FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PRO-
 VISIONS TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FIRE
 FROM STORY TO STORY. THE EXIT SHALL BE
 RATED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.
 THE THIRD ISSUE IS THE OCCUPANCY SEPERA-
 TION BETWEEN THE FIRST FLOOR (MERCAN-
 TILE- 1 HR) AND THE (STORAGE OCCUPANCY
 2 HR) ON THE SECOND FLOOR.
 6)- FIRE DISTRICT: 102.2.5 IN BUILDINGS
 2 STORIES OR MORE IN HEIGTH ALL WALLS,
 FLOORS, ROOFS AND THEIR SUPPORTING
 STRUCTURAL MEMBERS SHALL PROVIDE NOT
 LESS THAN 1 HR. FIRE RESISTANCE. SHOW
 UL LISTINGS FOR THESE COMPONENTS.
 7)- SECOND FLOOR LIVE LOAD NOTED ON
 A-5.0 AS "60 LBS. LIVE".SBC TABLE 1604.1
 FOR THE LIVE LOADS FOR THE SECOND FLOOR
 ARE 125 LBS FOR LIGHT STORAGE.PLEASE
 HAVE THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER REVISIT HIS
 CALCULATIONS FORTHIS ADDITIONAL LOADING.
 8)- GUARDRAIL DETAILS: A5.1 THE STAIR

 STAIRS, EXTEND 12" BEYOND THE TOP RISER
 & 12" PLUS THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND
 THE BOTTOM RISER.
 10)- VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY: NOTE:
 WHENEVER THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR (STORAGE) IS CHANGED TO A
 HABITABLE OCCUPANCY,VERTICAL ACCESSIBIL-
 ITY WILL BE REQUIRED. THERE IS NO 20%
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST INVOLED.THIS NOTE
 WILL APEAR ON THE PLANS.
 11)- SBC 1606.2.6.2 COMPONENENTS & CLAD-
 DING, THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON THE
 FRONT DOOR IS FOR SMALL MISSLE IMPACT
 TESTING ONLY. A COPY OF THE CITY'S
 POLICY FOR GLAZED OPENINGS IS INCLUDED
 FOR TESTING REPORTS THAT HAVE NOT
 RECEIVED SBCCI APPROVAL OR DADE COUNTY
 APPROVAL, THE REPORT HAS TO BE SITE
 SPECIFIC AND THE SEALED BY THE MANUFAC-
 TURES ENGINEER AS WELL AS THE ENGINEER
 OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT. THE CITY WILL
 ALSO REQUIRE SEPERATE REPORTS FOR THE
 OTHER DOORS ,WINDOWS, SHUTTERS& ROOFING.
 12 )- SBC-F102.2.4: FIRE DISTRICT THE
 ROOF COVERINGS IN THE FIRE DISTRICT
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF A
 CLASS "A" OR "B" ROOF COVERINGS. THE
 SPECS SUBMITTED ARE NOT HIGH LIGHTED OR
 SPECED OUT WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO USE?
