 NOT SHOWN ON FOUNDATION PLAN.
 -REVISE FOUNDATION PLAN AS REQUIRED.
 2-PROVIDE A COMPLETE INTERIOR WALL
 SECTION/DETAIL SHOWING ALL CONNECTORS
 AT TOP AND BOTTOM.
 -ALSO, INDICATE THE DEPTH OF THE
 INTERIOR FOOTER.
 -NOTE THE THE ADDITIONAL BEARING WALLS
 ARE LOCATED BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND THE
 LIVING AREA, THEREFORE, CONSIDERATION
 MUST BE TAKEN AT THE STEP.
 -ALSO, SPECIFY THE SIZE OF HEADERS AND
 QUANTITY OF HEADER STUDS AT INTERIOR
 BEARING WALLS.
 SEC. 104.2.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO SBC/97
 3-BEDROOM WINDOWS IN SECOND FLOOR DON'T
 MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR
 EGRESS. SEC 1005.4.4 SBC 1997.
 4-TRUSS DRAWINGS:
 -PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF ENGINEERED TRUSS
 DRAWINGS, SIGNED, DATED AND SEALED.
 NOTE: DESIGN CRITERIA ACCEPTED WILL BE
 SBC 1997 OR ASCE 7-95 ONLY.
 -ROOF TRUSS CONNECTOR, H-6, SPECIFIED
 ON PLANS IS A WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTOR.
 THE ACTUAL CONNECTION IS CONCRETE BEAM
 TO WOOD TRUSS. REVISE CONNECTOR.

 -PROVIDE FIREBLOCKING AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC 2305 SBC 1997.
 -CLARIFY CONNECTION DETAIL AT BEARING
 OF SECOND FLOOR TRUSSES. CHECK SIZE
 OF LAG BOLT AND SPECIFY CONNECTION OF
 TRUSS TO LEDGER.
 -SPECIFY SIZE OF SECOND FLOOR TRUSSES.

 6-PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES AT ALL
 EXTERIOR OPENINGS. SEC 1606 SBC 1997.

 CONSTRUCTION OF ARCHED OPENINGS.
 -PROVIDE COMPLETE BUCK DETAILS FOR
 GARAGE DOOR, EXTERIOR DOORS AND
 WINDOWS.
 -SPECIFY/CLARIFY IF THE ENDS OF MASONRY
 OPENINGS ARE GOING TO BE REINFORCED
 WITH FILLED CELLS.
 8-PROVIDE COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
 AT ENTRY PORCH. INCLUDING ATTACHMENT
 TO MASONRY WALL.
 9-PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/SECTION THRU
 SECOND FLOOR GUARDRAIL.
 10-PROVIDE COMPLETE SECTION/DETAIL FOR
 AHU SUPPORT.
