 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET SFS-3 IS FOR A THERAPEUTIC POOL, ALL POOLS AND
 SPAS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE POOL STRUCTURE
 BUILDING PERMIT, PLUMBING NO FEE SUB-PERMIT AND
 ELECTRICAL NO FEE SUB-PERMIT WITH APPROPRIATE
 CONTRACTOR LICENSING. 2020 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2020
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION SECTION 105 PERMITTING.
 PLEASE INCLUDE SPECS FOR THE LIFT.
  
 2) SHEET A.100 SHOWS (3) DRESSING ROOMS IT IS NOT CLEAR
 IF THE ACCESSIBLE BENCHES ARE TO BE SECURED TO THE WALL
 OR SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH BACK SUPPORT. SEE 2020
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE SECTION 903.4.
  
 3) SHEET A.100 SHOWS A TRANSFER TYPE SHOWER WITH A
 DIMENSION OF 3 FEET 1 INCH. SECTION 608.2.1 OF THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE REQUIRES AN ABSOLUTE 36 INCHES X 36
 INCHES.
  
 4) SHEET F1.00 FINISH PLANS SHOWS EP1 & EP2 EPOXY PAINT
 ON VARIOUS WET AREA WALLS. 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS &
 PARTITIONS. THIS COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS,
 RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS (WET AREAS) EPOXY PAINT
 IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE. THE CONCERN IS THE WET WALLS AROUND THE POOL,
 POOL SHOWER AREA AND POOL EQUIPMENT ROOM.
 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A CUT SECTION THROUGH THE STAIR
 LEADING & HANDRAIL LEADING INTO THE THERAPY POOL IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTIONS
 1011.5.2, 1011.11 & 1015.
  
 6) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
