 1) DISCREPANCY IN THE LOCATION WHERE WORK IS TO OCCUR.
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES WORK IS TO OCCUR ON THE
 3RD FLOOR WHEREAS THE FLOOR PLAN STATES EXISTING 2ND
 FLOOR, PROPOSED WORK 2ND FLOOR. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2A) SHEET A-1 THERE ARE NO NOTES ON THIS PLAN FOR WET
 WALL FINISHES. 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS & PARTITIONS.
 THIS COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS &
 SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED
 A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 2A) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 2B) 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 2C) 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE, FLOORS AND
 PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.
  
 2D) ADA RESTROOM NOTE 15 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR WATER
 CLOSET SHOWS 48X56 INCHES, PLEASE REVIEW 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE CLEARANCE/ SIZE SECTION 604.3.1.
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM & DIMENSIONS FOR THE WATER
 CLOSET. SECTION 604.3.
  
 2E) THE FLOOR PLAN SUBMITTED DOES NOT STATE THE AGE OF
 THE CHILDREN THAT WILL BE USING THESE RESTROOMS. PLEASE
 REVIEW IN THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 604.9 AND
 ADVISORY FOR CHILDREN???S USE VERSES AGE RANGES.
  
 2F) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS ELEVATIONS FOR URINALS THE TOP
 OF URINAL RIM AT 2 FEET ABOVE FINISH FLOOR, PLEASE SEE
 SECTION 605.2 2020 FBC-ACCESS. CODE.
  
 3) THROUGH-PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). IF A NEW FLOOR PENETRATION IS MADE FOR THE
 FUTURE SHOWER DRAIN, THEN YOU NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2020 FBC-B SECTION 714.5.1.2.
 THROUGH-PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). THROUGH PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY
 A THROUGH PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E814 OR UL 1479. THE SYSTEM SHALL
 HAVE AN F RATING / T RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR BUT
 NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED RATING OF THE FLOOR
 PENETRATED.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
