 1-THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN A AE FLOOD ZONE WITH A
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 6 FEET BASED ON NAVD 88.
 THE PROPOSED WORK IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT. THE BUILDING SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR
 FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET. THEREFORE, THE MIN. REQUIRED
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IS 8 FEET.
 NOTE: PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED FLOOD HAZARD
 DOCUMENTATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1612.5 FBC-BUILDING
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE. PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE FINISHED
 FLOOR ELEVATION. ALSO, NEED TO PROVIDE THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE AND SURVEY SHOWING THE ELEVATIONS FOR
 VERIFICATION.

 WELDING AT ALL HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ALUMINUM FRAMING
 MEMBERS, INCLUDING ALUMINUM SILL PLATE SPECIFIED ON

 5- PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR WINDOWS TO BE

 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE SITE SPECIFIC WINDOW INSTALLATION
 INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY THE LIMITATIONS OF USE ON
 PAGE 1 OF 11 OF PANEL WALLS PRODUCT APPROVAL FL21334
 SUBMITTED. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND CONNECTORS
 TO THE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
