 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES). EXPANSIONS TO EXISTING OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES AND DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD OR A
 CORNER SIDE YARD SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 FEET FROM A FRONT AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND
 THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT
 FOR THAT PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON.
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-312 OF THE ZLDR: TWO DRIVEWAYS
 EACH WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN TEN FEET AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE APRON
 IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY, PROVIDED THAT THE DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE ON
 TWO DIFFERENT STREET FRONTAGES OR ON ONE STREET
 FRONTAGE AND THE ALLEY.
  
 PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT SHOWS THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY
 MEASURMENTS AND SETBACK MEASUREMENTS FOR THE FRONT AND
 SIDE YARDS. MAXIMUM COMBINED DRIVEWAY WIDTH IS 20 FEET,
 IF TWO DRIVEWAYS, THE MAXIMUM WIDTH FOR EACH DRIVEWAY
 IS 10 FEET (MEASURED AT THE PROPERTY LINE).
  
 PROVIDE LOT COVERAGE DETAILS FOR FRONT YARD (FIRST 25
 FEET FROM NORTH PROPERTY LINE) AND INCLUDE
 IMPERVIOUS/PERVIOUS DATA FOR PROPOSED DRIVEWAY. MAXIMUM
 ALLOWED PAVERS IS 25% OF FRONT YARD.
