 ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY THE DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON
 THE REVISED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE LOWER FOR BUILDING
 EXPOSURE "C" THAN THE DESIGN PRESSURES GIVEN FOR
 EXPOSURE "B". DESIGN PRESSURES CAN NOT BE LOWER.
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.
