 NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA (SFHA). THE FLOOD ZONE DESIGNATIONS FOR
 THIS SITE ARE AE 6 WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF
 6'0" NAVD AND AE 7 WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 7'0"
 NAVD.
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH (THROUGH ORDINANCE NO.
 4729-17) REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 24 INCHES OF FREEBOARD.

 II, BUILDING CODE, TO ADD SECTION 18-33, TECHNICAL
 AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL, WHICH
 SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS:
 SEC. 18-33 - TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, RESIDENTIAL.
 R322.2.1 ELEVATION REQUIREMENTS.
 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS NOT
 DESIGNATED AS COASTAL A ZONES SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST
 FLOORS ELEVATED TO OR ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 PLUS ONE FOOT, OR THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION, WHICHEVER
 IS HIGHER. (PLUS TWO FEET PER CITY ORDINANCE 4729-17).

 PLEASE REVIEW AND MAKE CORRECTIONS IF NECESSARY.
