 LEVEL 1 ALTERATION. SEC. 602 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 SEC. 702.6 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW WORK SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND METHODS REQUIREMENTS IN
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- ROOF TILE NOA 22-0201.07 SUBMITTED. CLEARLY
 MARK/SPECIFY TILE FASTENING METHOD AS REQUIRED BY CITY
 POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R3012.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. IF SPECIFYING SCREWS, THEN SPECIFY THE
 NUMBER AND SIZE OF SCREWS TO BE USED FOR ALL ROOF
 ZONES. IF SPECIFYING FOAM ADHESIVE, THEN CLEARLY
 MARK/SPECIFY PADDY SIZE.
 NOTE: NEED FOAM ADHESIVE PRODUCT APPROVAL IF USING
 FOAM. SEE ROOF TILE NOA FOR LISTED FOAM.
  
 2-HIP AND RIDGE TILE INSTALLATION. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIP AND RIDGE
 INSTALLATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R905.3.7.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH FRSA/TRI FLORIDA HIGH WIND CONCRETE AND CLAY TILE
 INSTALLATION MANUAL (6TH EDITION) OR THE
 RECOMMENDATIONS OF RAS 118, 119 OR 120.
 ALTERNATIVE: IF USING METAL SUPPORT, THEN PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR HIP AND RIDGE METAL SUPPORT AND
 CLEARLY MARK ATTACHMENT METHOD.
  
 3- ROOF TILE UNDERLAYMENT FL5259-R37 SUBMITTED. THIS
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS REVISED WITH FL5259-R38.
 SUBMIT CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL AND CLEARLY MARK WHICH
 UNDERLAYMENT IS GOING TO BE USED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- TOWNHOUSE ROOF SHEATHING REPLACEMENT NOTE: THIS
 TOWNHOUSE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 5/8" THICK AND 4'-0"
 WIDE FIRE RETARDANT PLYWOOD SHEATHING BETWEEN UNITS.
 (MASTER BUILDING PERMIT #03042334). ALSO, ROOF
 SHEATHING NAILS TO BE RING SHANK NAILS WITH MINIMUM
 SIZE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R803.2.3.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.???
