 THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES. PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA. NEED THE
 CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR NOW. CONTRACTOR SUBMITTED
 REVISED ROOF PLAN STATING "***PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT
 BE DOING THE FLAT ROOF." BUT AT THE SAME TIME
 CONTRACTOR IS SUBMITTING A REVISED PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA
 18-0919.12. THIS IS THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE FLAT
 ROOF. PLEASE BE CLEAR ON THE SCOPE OF WORK. IF DOING
 THE FLAT ROOF , THEN NEED TO ADDRESS COMMENT #1.
  
  
 2-SHINGLES ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT
 PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW COMPLYING WITH THE
 NEW 2020 CODE REQUIREMENT FOR ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT.
 SEC. R905.1.1.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH METHOD OF SEC. R905.1.1.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IS GOING TO BE USED. AND PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY F.A.C. 61G20-3.001.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED.
  
 3- REVISE ROOF PLAN SKETCH. IT IS NOT CLEAR IF DOING
 THE FLAT ROOF OR NOT. THE SKETCH SAYS 0 (ZERO) FLAT
 ROOF AREA. PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED FOR A FLAT
 ROOF. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH. AND, CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE FLAT ROOF
 AREAS.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS OR
 PROVIDE COMPLETE COST BREAKDOWN INCLUDING DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF ANY).
