 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) THE 477 SOUTH ROSEMARY BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
 A MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF TRANSPARENCY BETWEEN GRADE AND
 10 FEET. THE APPROVED LANDLORD SHELL PERMIT FOR THIS
 BAY SHOWS STOREFRONT ENTRY HAVING 142 SQUARE FEET OF
 GLAZING AND THE STOREFRONT WINDOW HAVING 97 SQUARE FEET
 OF GLAZING. THE PROPOSED ENTRY AND WINDOW DO NOT MATCH
 WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE LANDLORD APPROVED PLANS, SO YOU
 MUST PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS AND SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 PROPOSED ENTRY AND WINDOW ON SHEET A300 SHOPFRONT
 ELEVATIONS. THE PROPOSED GLAZING MAY NOT BE LESS THAN
 WHAT IS APPROVED ON THE LANDLORD PLANS AND MUST BE ONLY
 THE GLAZING BETWEEN GRADE AND 10 FEET.
  
 3) THE PLANS STATE THAT SIGNAGE WILL BE UNDER SEPARATE
 PERMIT. THE GRAPHICS APPLIED TO THE WINDOW MUST BE
 INCLUDED AS PART OF THE SIGN PERMIT AND ARE NOT
 APPROVED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEET
 A310 HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THIS PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 4) SHEET E300 SHOWS A JUNCTION BOX AT THE PROPOSED
 EXTERIOR ARCADE SIGN. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA REQUIRE ALL CONDUIT, RACEWAYS, WIRING, BALLAST
 BOXES, TRANSFORMERS, JUNCTION BOXES, BELL BOXES, POWER
 SUPPLY AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN
 CONNECTION SHALL BE CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE
 PUBLIC. IF THE JUNCTION BOX, CONDUIT, ETC. FOR THE SIGN
 ARE PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED WITH THIS BUILD OUT
 PERMIT, DETAILED DRAWINGS VERIFYING THAT ALL THE
 ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR THE SIGN, INCLUDING THE POWER
 SUPPLY AND THE COMPONENTS TO GET THE POWER TO THE SIGN
 ARE CONCEALED IN THE CEILING OR WITHIN THE STORE MUST
 BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME.
