 FBC A 402.2 COMPONENTS. ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SHALL CONSIST
 OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: WALKING
 SURFACES WITH A RUNNING SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN 1:20,
 DOORWAYS, RAMPS, CURB RAMPS EXCLUDING THE FLARED SIDES,
 ELEVATORS, AND PLATFORM LIFTS.

 FOLLOWING INFORMATION 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION
 FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING
 TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND
 EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT
 LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE
 AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND
 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY
 LINE SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY
 PROPOSED WATER RETAINING SWALES)
