 ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RE-SUBMIT:
  
 NOTICE: PALM BEACH COUNTY GIS SHOWS THIS PROPERTY IS
 LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA) WITH
 FLOOD ZONES X-500 AND AE7. THE SURVEY SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW SHOWS THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE X.
  
 1.PROVIDE A COPY OF THE MOST RECENT BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. IDENTIFY LOCATION OF FLOOD ZONES X-500 AND AE7.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH
 107.2.5.
  
 2. IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SITE WALLS ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE

 3. IDENTIFY THE TOP OF WALL (T.O.W.) ON SITE PLAN.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 4. IF WALLS ARE TO BE USED AS A RETAINING WALLS,
 PROVIDE TOPO ELEVATIONS ON EACH SIDE OF WALL EVERY 20
 TO 30 FEET OR EXTREME CHANGE IN ELEVATIONS.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
