 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR IN ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE PALM BEACH RIVERSTONE COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD) PROVIDES FOR SHARED PARKING BETWEEN
 USES/PARCELS WITHIN THE CPD. THE GATES/ARMS INDICATE
 THAT ACCESS TO PARKING WILL BE RESTRICTED WHICH CANNOT
 BE ESTABLISHED, SINCE THE PARKING WITHIN THE
 DEVELOPMENT MUST BE SHARED.
  
 2.) IF THE INTENT IS TO RESTRICT ACCESS, THE PARKING
 CALUCATIONS FOR THE CPD MUST BE REEVALUATED AS
 INDIVIDUAL PARCELS WITHIN THE CPD AND EACH PARCEL
 WITHIN THE CPD MUST MEET THE MINIMUM PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE USES WITHIN THE PARCELS.
