 (1)-THE PROPOSED ALTERATION/ADDITION IS GOING TO BE
 BUILT IN A AE FLOOD ZONE WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 (BFE) OF 6, 7 AND 8 FEET BASED ON NAVD 88.
 THE PROPOSED WORK IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT. THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING HOUSE SHALL
 HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET.
 NOTE: PLANS (INCLUDING FOUNDATION PLAN) NEED TO SHOW
 THE PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR MAIN HOUSE
 AND GARAGES.
 IMPORTANT: NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND SURVEY SHOWING THE FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR REVIEW/ELEVATIONS VERIFICATION.

 SEC. 18-33 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE.
 SEC. 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE
 DIFFERENT FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE
 REQUIRED:
 (A)CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 (B)BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 (C)FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
  
 IMPORTANT NOTE:
 SECTION R322.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL STATES THAT
 BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES THAT ARE LOCATED IN MORE THAN ONE
 FLOOD HAZARD AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOST RESTRICTIVE FLOOD HAZARD AREA.
 KEEP THIS IN MIND IF THE PROPOSED ADDITION WILL TOUCH
 THE CONTOUR OF THE FLOOD HARD AREA WITH THE 8 FEET
 BASED FLOOD ELEVATION. ALSO PROPOSED OUTDOOR KITCHEN
 WILL BE LOCATED IN THE 8 FT BFE.
