 1.) NOT SATISFIED - PERMIT PLANS STILL SHOW DETAILS FOR
 A TEMPORARY FENCE. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-316(D)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), A
 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE MAY NOT BE ERECTED UNTIL A
 DEMOLITION PERMIT OR BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE LAND
 DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
 HAS BEEN ISSUED, AND NO MORE THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE
 COMMENCEMENT OF LAND DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND
 DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
  
 2.) NOT SATISFIED - PERMIT PLANS STILL SHOW DETAILS FOR
 A TEMPORARY FENCE. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-215(D)(5) OF THE
 ZLDRS, EXISTING BUILDINGS MAY NOT BE DESTROYED OR
 REMOVED UNTIL A BUILDING PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR A
 REPLACEMENT BUILDING WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE CURRIE
 MIXED USE DISTRICT (CMUD) REGULATIONS OF THE ZLDRS
 (REFERENCE: SEC. 94-215).
  
 3.) NEW COMMENT - PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-407(7) OF THE
 ZLDRS, THE PERMITTED CONTENT OF A TEMPORARY LOW
 FREESTANDING SIGN ACCESSORY TO A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
 MUST BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS
 MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE STANDARDS IN SEC. 94-407(7)
 (I.E. MAXIUM SIGN AREA OF 200 SQ. FT., ETC.). AT THIS
 TIME, THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY AND THEREFORE, THE SIGNAGE IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
