 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) COMPUTATION OF THE SIGN AREA SHALL BE THE SMALLEST
 CIRCLE, TRIANGLE OR PARALLELOGRAM THAT CONTAINS ALL
 CONTENT, BACKGROUND, AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE
 SIGN. THE SIGNAGE DIMENSIONS DOES NOT APPEAR TO REFLECT
 THE CORRECT METHOD OF MEASUREMENT. [ZLDR S94-405]
  
 2.) PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-407(7) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE SIGN AREA ON A
 CONSTRUCTION FENCE SHALL NOT EXCEED 200 SQ. FT. PER
 STREET FRONTAGE. THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SIGN AREA SHALL
 BE LIMITED TO THE TEXT IDENTIFYING THE DEVELOPER,
 ARCHITECT, CONTRACTOR LENDERS, FUTURE TENANTS AND OTHER
 PROFESSIONALS HIRED TO DEVELOP THE PROJECT AND A
 RENDERING OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 APPROPRIATE DIMENSIONS FOR THE SIGNAGE SO THAT STAFF
 CAN ASSESS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZLDRS.
