 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SUBMITTED THIS REVISION ARE VARIOUS DOCUMENTS FOR A
 JOHN MANVILLE TPO-60 MIL BUT NO PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 EITHER MIAMI-DADE NOA OR FLORIDA APPROVAL SHOULD BE
 SUBMITTED. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND
 DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS
 AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
 THE SPECIFIC SITE.
  
 2) MISSING FROM THIS REVIEW- REVISION IS COMPLIANCE
 WITH, W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE RULE 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING (SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
 3) ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY
 ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES
 FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117.
 CALCULATION PREPARED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT. 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS &
 CLADDING.
  
 4) THIS REVISION NEITHER THE CONTRACTOR NOR DESIGNER OF
 RECORD DIDN???T PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA WHERE
 ROOF PRESSURES WILL BE DERIVED FROM. 2020 FBC-B
 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 4.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 4.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 4.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-16 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 4.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 4.5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
  
 4.6. TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED
 CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
