 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 FOR MIAMI-DADE & BROWARD COUNTIES ONLY, THE REMAINDER
 OF THE STATE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE.
  
 2) SHEET S3.0 ELEVATION CONCRETE FOOTING DETAILS, ONLY
 NOTE FOR FOUNDATIONS STATES: 2 FEET 4 INCHES BY 2 FEET
 4 INCHES CONCRETE FOOTING. SEE DETAIL 4/S-2.0 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION. SHEET S-2.0 DETAIL 4 IS PERGOLA C ROOF
 TRUSS DETAIL. NEITHER PLAN PROVIDES THE THICKNESS OF
 THE CONCRETE FOOTING NOR THE STRENGTH OF THE CONCRETE.
 THE OTHER ISSUE THE FOOTING IS SILENT AS TO
 RE-ENFORCING STEEL ONE MAT OR TWO SIZE AND PLACEMENT OF
 RE-ENFORCEMENT BARS, NOR BOLT EMBEDMENT QUANTITY AND
 SIZE OF BOLTS AND SIZE AND MAKE OF THE BOTTOM END CAP
 AND ANCHORS INTO THE 6X6 INCH PRESSURE TREATED POST.

 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) PROVIDE A CUT SECTION OF ONE OF THE FOUNDATIONS /
 POSTS AND HORIZONTAL FRAMING MEMBERS, PLEASE ALSO SHOW
 THE 14-INCH DIAMETER PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN COVERS
 WITH PAVERS HOW ALL WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO ONE
 DETAIL TO SHOW THE SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION. 2020 WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
