 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND
 COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
  
 UPDATE SURVEY/PLANS TO SHOW THAT THIS REQUIREMENT IS
