| | OR ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING. THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE |
| | REQUIRES THE FINISH FLOOR OF HABITABLE SPACE TO HAVE AN |
| | ELEVATION THAT IS AT LEAST 2 FEET ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD |
| | ELEVATION (BFE) THAT IS SHOWN ON THE FLOOD INSURANCE |
| | RATE MAP (FIRM). THIS TWO FOOT FREE BOARD ABOVE THE BFE |
| | IS CALLED THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION OR DFE. |
| | IN ORDER TO CONVERT THE GARAGE INTO A GYM IT WILL HAVE |
